FLOW OF AFFIRMATION IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Students check Turnitin on the website ‘access’

Students can check Turnitin after getting approval from the thesis supervisor. The maximum value of plagiarism allowed is 25%. If the verifier has approved the Turnitin check, students can register for the verification test.

  1. Students register for affirmation.

Students upload a thesis file in which they attach a thesis approval sheet from the supervisor, a Turnitin check result sheet, and a guidance journal approved by the supervisor. In addition, students need to upload the required files, namely article files, TOEFL, TOAFL, LOA, correspondence, invoices, statement letters, and article links.

  1. Implementation of affirmation

After registering, students will get a schedule, room, and verification test examiners.

  1. Post verification test

After the exam, students will get a score and an approval sheet to complete the final affirmation file.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Fill out the Registration Form, which consists of:
  • Type of Thesis Affirmation Program
  • Attach Articles (Publish or those that have received LOA)
  • Proof of Correspondence (via email or other media)
  • Article Link (If it has been published)
  • Journal Link (On Sinta Website or International Journal)
  • Temporary Value Transcript
  • TOEFL Certificate
  • TOAFL Certificate
  • Training Certificate (Accounting Lab, Auditing Lab, or Tax Center)
  • Thesis (Complete if following the SINTA 2, 3, and 4 Affirmation Program) that the Supervisor has approved

SENDING A1 AND A2 FILES

Fill in and send complete data to the academic department of the accounting study program in the form of :

  • Complete data form A1 and A2 with 70 gr folio / F4 paper;
  • The latest photo size 3×4 (12 sheets) wearing a complete alma mater suit, clean white background without any edges/lines, photo paper is matte, and women wear a black headscarf, put in a plastic bag behind the photo written name and complete NIM;
  • Photocopy of the last diploma with folio paper / F4 70 gr (2 sheets), which was originally legalized from the school of origin;
  • All files must be collected/sent together with the filled-out thesis affirmation registration form.

POST-REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Enter the verification exam participant group;
  • Get the verification exam schedule;
  • Collect PowerPoint presentation (Contains links to edited journals, proof of correspondence, and proof of LOA or other required data) in the form of PPT files;
  • Carry out the verification test according to the schedule;
  • Announcement of passing the verification test;
  • Processing all subsequent post-registration requirements.

POST VERIFICATION EXAM PROCESS

  • Update the latest thesis/research title if you pass the exam in the SIAKAD menu.
  • Submit (upload) a complete thesis soft-file approved by the examiner, supervisor, and Head of the study program.
  • Submit (upload) proof of alumni donations in the form of books or the equivalent with a minimum nominal value of IDR 50,000
  • Obtain proof of free dependents from the Reading Room of the Faculty of Economics after being approved by the head of the faculty library.
  • Obtain proof of faculty dependency-free after being checked by the faculty Young Expert Learning Technology Developer in SIAKAD online.
  • Take care of free dependents to other units (Central Library Unit and Central Finance Section) with applicable provisions.
