PROCEDURES FOR POST-THESIS EXAMINATION

Students

  1. Update the latest thesis title if you pass the exam in the SIAKAD menu.
  2. Carry out consultations of thesis revisions with examiners (thesis revisions are due in 2 weeks).
  3. Submit the revision results to the study program secretary for format correction and thesis writing provisions.
  4. Submit (upload) the complete thesis soft file and Turnitin check results that have been verified by the relevant unit (UP2M Faculty), which have been corrected by the format and have been signed by the examiner, supervisor, and Head of the study program via Google form in the Reading Room of the Faculty of Economics and e-thesis (Central Library).
  5. Submit (upload) proof of alumni donations in the form of books or the equivalent with a minimum of IDR 50,000 to the Faculty of Economics Reading Room.
  6. Obtain proof of free dependents from the Reading Room of the Faculty of Economics after being approved by the head of the faculty library.
  7. Obtain proof of faculty dependency free of charge after being checked by the faculty Learning Technology Developer in SIAKAD online.
  8. Take care of free dependents to other units (Central Library Unit and Central Finance Section) with applicable provisions.

 Examiner

  1. Provide grades after the exam to the academic service department of the study program (due two days after the exam).
  2. Check and approve the revised thesis according to the format of the thesis writing provisions checked by the Secretary of the Study Program.

 Study Program

  1. The Secretary of the Study Program checks the format of the thesis writing provisions.
  2. The Secretary of the Study Program sends the thesis with the correct format of writing provisions to the student.
  3. The head of the study program signs the thesis script according to the format of the thesis writing provisions signed by the examiner and supervisor.

Academic Service

  1. Recapitulate the thesis examination scores from the examiners.
  2. Upload the scores for the thesis exam to the SIAKAD menu.
  3. Make a draft Judiciary Decree (thesis only).
